Croma floor lamp, designed by Luca Nichetto, for Lodes
The floor lamp evokes in the name and the stylized structure the dynamism of the “chroma” (eighth note) or octave, the musical note. Unlike the classic floor lamp, with the normally open top, Luca Nichetto has literally inverted the body of the lamp to create a revolutionary product. With an immediate, elegant function in the four available finishes, the power of Croma's light and the dim-to-warm function (LED dimming technology) make it appropriate for different environments.
Projecting beams of light from the wall to the ceiling, Croma's slim metal structure evokes the dynamism of the musical note from which it takes its name.
With a total height of 186 cm, the floor lamp designed by Luca Nichetto rests on a conical base that gives it stability, while the elongated silhouette of the bar seems to practically disappear in the beam of light emanating from the LED light source. . A ring located halfway up the bar allows the user to turn the LED module on and off and manage the dim-to-warm function ranging from 2,200 to 3,200 kelvin.
Croma is available in four unique finishes. New metallic color gradients range from green to black and bronze to nickel. The gradient of these finishes refers to the way in which light diffuses on the wall and develops upwards. The two matt shades, in black and white, are enriched with a textured finish, perfect for enhancing residential environments and commercial spaces.
Croma is an elegant and surprising product that embodies the spirit of Lodes: the weighted design and the highly intense and customizable light that place the end user at the center of the project.
