Copenhagen is a furniture series designed by Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec, especially for the University of Copenhagen in 2013. In addition to a homely and welcoming expression, functionality, durability and cleanability were important design requirements for the university. The Bouroullec brothers tackled the task by fusing design history with modern technology in a language with a strong and independent appearance in a broad and versatile series that spans both public and private settings.

Sharing the same angled legs as the rest of the series, the wooden desk top features a partition at the back of the table, creating a useful upright back to support open notes and books, while the rest serves as a desk space. job. This has the double benefit of making the desktop more compact, while increasing functionality. Ideal for use in a home office or work environment, it is crafted from oak with a clear lacquer.
