Upholstered Just chair, designed by Iskos-Berlin for Normann Copenhagen.
The Just chair is a simple and discreet stackable chair with a lot of personality and character, as beautiful seen from below as from above. The frame is discreetly tucked into the chair's molded shell, and the tapered shell thickness gives it a friendly and welcoming expression.
The designer duo Iskos-Berlin have returned to the essence of the chair with the design of the Just chair. They have taken their point of reference in the shape of the chair that a child usually draws, that is, with legs that seem to protrude directly from the seat. They have visually transferred this effect to the Just chair, where the frame has been uniquely tucked into the bottom of the shell, transforming the chair into a harmonious, natural and unified whole.
Says Iskos-Berlin: "Just was not born out of the desire to design a different chair. On the contrary, we wanted to use innovative molding and assembly techniques to achieve an elegant and subtle result, full of hidden details. Good design does not necessarily have to do much. scandal, those who want will see the details. "
