Copenhagen is a furniture series designed by Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec, especially for the University of Copenhagen in 2013. In addition to a homely and welcoming expression, functionality, durability and cleanability were important design requirements for the university. The Bouroullec brothers tackled the task by fusing design history with modern technology in a language with a strong and independent appearance in a broad and versatile series that spans both public and private settings.
As part of the Copenhagen range designed by Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec, the CPH 30 Extensible shares the same characteristic angular legs and a strong identity that are consistent with the rest of the collection, but its extendable tabletop sets it apart.
The extension blades can be easily inserted into the center slide mechanism of the table, allowing the table to be extended to the required length. The flexible length of the table makes it suitable for offices and public contexts, as well as for workspaces or dining room solutions in domestic settings.
Please note that there will be a color difference between table tops and sheets within our standard quality and therefore will not be considered a claim.
24 mm top in plywood with laminate (white) or linoleum (other colors).
2 50cm extension blades included.
For the natural wood version, black linoleum extensions are added.
The edge of the table matches the finish of the base.
Beveled edge.
Light lacquered solid oak wood structure with 4 legs, for the black version, the legs are black lacquered.
