TotCor Nantzin Vase is Lolita Cortés' version of Pepa Reverter's Cor. The heart of Lolita Cortés remained forever in Mexico, her maternal land or Nantzin, as a mother is called in the Aztec language.
TotCor Nantzin Vase, designed by Lolita Cortés, for TotCor Project
The heart is a universal symbol. We have not invented it. We have simply materialized it to give it visibility. This representation of the heart is sometimes present in our cultures, at certain times of the year, or on the occasion of certain events. We use it when we need to remember how important it is to love, when we want to share and express good feelings.
What we have done is to shape it so that it is present in volume.
To be able to have it at home as one more object, with fresh flowers, paper, plastic, with branches or without anything, and if it can be full of illusions and hope so that they draw a better future.
The red COR vase is the original design that serves as the basis for the other collaborations of the Tot Cor project. It is made in ceramic, by hand, like all those that are added to the collection.
Lolita Cortés supports TotCor Project with her Nantzin version of Pepa Reverter's Cor vase. The heart of Lolita Cortés remained forever in Mexico, her maternal land or Nantzin, as a mother is called in the Aztec language.
