La Môme chair, designed by Olivier Gence for Fermob
A pure Parisian!
This girl tells us a great story. She owes her pretty curves to Olivier Gence, an ENSAAMA design student. He won the competition among 58 projects whose purpose was to reinterpret the legendary Bistro chair. Respecting its popular soul, with reference to Edith Piaf, the most Parisian of Parisians, Olivier Gence wanted it modern and mobile, imagining a handle to fold and unfold it with a simple gesture. Even cozier with its more generous slats, it gives its illustrious old lady a rascal nod.
