VP Globe Brushed Alu Suspension Lamp, designed by Verner Panton, for Verpan.
Conceived in 1969 by Verner Panton, the VP Globe is arguably Panton's most recognized lighting design. The decorative pendant features a crystal clear acrylic outer shell with five internal reflective shades suspended by delicate steel chains.
The new VP Globe introduces a new expression to the VP Globe family, featuring aluminum reflectors in a cool matte brushed finish with warm orange accents, a classic color in the world of Verner Panton.
The color orange is optimistic and uplifting, full of warmth and positivity. It serves as a perfectly vibrant contrast to the cool brushed aluminum.
The color palette of the VP Globe Collection has evolved over the years and new versions have been added to give the iconic pendant more diverse expressions and adapt to different eras. Each new version has been developed in close collaboration with the Panton Estate and respecting Panton's original color theories.
