The Folie lamps respond to the need to incorporate new Big Formats in the Bover catalogue. In 2002, Bover began to resize some of its most emblematic products. Most of them were made with the classic 3.5mm spot-welded steel rod with which screen frames are usually made. It was decided to go a step further by redesigning products with large structures made of much thicker iron tubes and manually welded with silver solder.

Folie lamps are part of a group of luminaires that can be placed together or separately.

Each lamp is made up of one or more screens depending on the model.

They emit a filtered light through the polyester tape and its lower polycarbonate diffuser.
