As it is a complete collection of seating and tables consisting of dining chair and armchair, high back dining chair, armchair, sofa, round table and coffee table.
The seat structure is made of 22mm diameter steel tube, 2mm thick for high performance outdoors. Steel rods have been attached to the structure to form the decorative motif of the backrest: these rods are welded using a spraying technology, which allows the fusion of the rods in a technically cleaner way, with a more refined aesthetic effect and, consequently, with less risk of rust.
The expanded metal of the seat is hot-dip galvanized, which offers high resistance in outdoor environments, and is also welded to the structure using the projection technique mentioned above.
As with all EMU steel products, a prior cataphoresis treatment has been provided which, after being subsequently painted with thermosetting powder, gives the product a homogeneous layer of paint with a high degree of adhesion and resistance.
The presence of nylon insoles promotes ease of movement and protection of the ends of the product.
